Anlysis On The Influencing Factors Of Social Integration Of New Villagers

Under the promotion of Rural Revitalization Strategy,a large number of talents with rural feelings and for the purpose of Rural Revitalization flow to rural areas,which has made outstanding contributions to the revitalization and development of rural areas.However,some of them lack a platform for communication and interaction with local villagers in the countryside,and are forced to leave the countryside or be in the "marginal" situation of non city and non village,which has aroused widespread concern of the society.As the key to rural revitalization,the adaptability,integration and integration degree of talents to rural society is an important consideration whether they are willing to continue to serve the countryside,which is related to the implementation of Rural Revitalization Strategy and the healthy development of the whole economy and society,and has important strategic significance for promoting the two-way flow of talents and realizing the integration of urban and rural development.To this end,this paper aims to promote the social integration of new villagers from the city to the countryside and realize the revitalization of the countryside.Taking the new villagers as the research object,this paper analyzes the current situation of the integration of rural talents from the perspectives of economy,social relations,culture and psychology,and uses correlation analysis and regression analysis to analyze the current situation of the integration of rural talents Based on the quantitative and qualitative research results,this paper explores the factors that affect the social integration,and then puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the social integration of new villagers.The main research contents of this study include: the current situation of new villagers’ social integration,the level of social integration,and the factors that affect the integration.On the basis of combing and analyzing the literature,this paper unifies the social integration of new villagers and the floating popul-ation into the same research framework,and preliminarily designs the index system of social integration of new villagers.according to the results of the questionnaire,this paper makes a statistical analysis on the current situation and group differences of the four dimensions of the new villagers,and then calculates the current level of the social integration of the new villagers through the equal weight method.Then,Then,on the basis of previous studies on the social integration of rural-urban migrant workers,this paper also chooses the individual characteristics of floating population,the facto-rs of villagers in the inflow area and the government support factors as explanatory variables.The relationship between the 14 variables and social integration and various dimensions is analyzed and regression analysis is carried out.At the same time,the new villagers,aborigines,members of rural tourism cooperatives,village committees are combined The interview data of 24 staff further confirmed the factors influencing the integration.At last,the paper puts forward the management countermeasures to promote the social integration of new villagers by using the core ideas of symbiosis theory and push-pull theory for reference.The results are as follows:(1)The social integration level of new villagers is also composed of four factors: economic integration,social relationship integration,cultural integration,and psychological integration.(2)Although the level of social integration of new villagers in Mingyue village is more than half,it is still in the middle level.Among them,the score of economic integration is the highest,which has reached a high level of integration.The scores of social relationship integration,cultural integration and psychological integration are relatively balanced.The overall degree and quality of integration need to be further improved.(3)The influence of government support factors on social integration of new villagers is greater than that of individual characteristics of new villagers and villagers in the inflow area.Specifically,among the individual characteristics of the new villagers,the average monthly income,living status and the employment status of the members of Mingyue village project working group have a significant positive impact on social integration,;in the attitude of the inflow villagers,the friendliness and acceptance of the inflow villagers have a significant positive impact on the social integration of the new villagers;in the government support factors of the inflow The registered residence system registered a major factor affecting the social integration of migrant workers.The conclusion is that the registered residence system will not affect the social integration of new townships from the city to the countryside.The preferential policies offered by the local revitalization projects and the employment guidance and skill training provided by the local government have a significant positive impact on social integration.
