Research On The Cultivation Path Of Village Community Consciousness In Rural Revitalization

Since General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward the rural revitalization strategy in his report to the 19 th CPC National Congress in October 2017,the idea and deployment of the rural revitalization strategy has charted the course for current and future work related to agriculture,rural areas and farmers.With the successful conclusion of poverty alleviation,the National Rural Revitalization Administration(NRA)has officially launched,bringing the rural revitalization strategy to a new height.However,in the actual work of "rural revitalization" in many places,there are different ideas among the people,and it is difficult to launch the project,government is enthusiastic,the masses are indifferent,industrial development and village planning and construction are facing difficulties.These even directly affects the overall development of the village and the realization of interests.Its root lies in the disintegration of traditional village community and the dissolution of community consciousness.At the same time,it also means the lack of public spirit of the villagers.With the weakening of rural identity,loose rural connection,the decline of rural public life,the inheritance of local culture and the fracture of community memory,the rural mobilization and integration ability is further weakened,falling into a state of low organization of groups and individual atomization.Villagers are the main power of "village revitalization".If the villager group cannot be effectively organized,the "endogenous" development of the village cannot be truly realized."Village revitalization" can only be a tree without roots.Therefore,in the context of rural revitalization,the issue of how to reawaken the villagers’ community consciousness is worthy of our further study and discussion.This article uses methods such as literature data method,investigation and research method,and case analysis method to explain,trying to sort out the historical context of the changes in the village community in Dingjiang Village,Long’an County,as well as the experience and practices in the construction of new villages and rural revitalization.From the perspective of actor network theory,discover the inner logic of Dingjiang Village from "dividing" to "gathering",and propose the cultivation path of the village community consciousness.The first chapter is the introduction.It puts forward the research background,purpose and significance,research content,and research methods.It introduces the actor network theory used to analyze cases,and clarifies the logic context and analysis framework of the analysis.The second chapter sorts out the research and development of community theory,and clarifies the concept of village community and village community consciousness.The third chapter collects,summarizes and sorts out the history of changes in the community community of Dingjiang Village and the process of reintegrating and mobilizing the villagers,to understand the characteristics of the connection of the villagers in Dingjiang Village in different historical periods,and to show their experience and methods of integrating the villagers.The fourth chapter analyzes the case of Dingjiang Village through the thinking of actor network theory,expresses its experience and practices in the language of actor network theory,and draws out the influence of the actor network on the aggregation of the villagers in Dingjiang Village and the changes in the connection relationship.In this way,the construction of the network of actors is of positive significance to the formation of the village community consciousness.The fifth chapter proposes that building a network of actors,forming a benign interactive relationship between the villagers and the outside world,and consolidating and strengthening it through a variety of new connections is a way to cultivate the community consciousness of the village community.Put forward opinions and suggestions on key aspects of the practice.And also pointed out that only when the villagers’ community consciousness is embedded in the national consciousness can the benign growth of the village community be realized.
