| As a basic unit of social governance,community is the also the basis of urban governance,the medium that people can participate in social governance,and the platform to build a harmonious socialist society.With the continuous change of the social state,the community plays an more and more important part in people’s production and life,in a manner of speaking,community becomes the crucial place for people to live and to communicate harmoniously.With the growth of the jurisdiction of scope and people,community mangement functions are increasing day by day.In the new era,in order to match the current social governance mode,our country gradually changed our strategy of urban and rural community governance,which is to focus on the the community governance,so that the foundation of social governance will be more solid.As an important capital city of the old industrial base in northeast China,Changchun’s economic development and social governance level are the focus of scholars’ attention.Communities in Changchun have played an important role both in daily control work and during epidemic prevention and control.It is precisely because of the community in Changchun,a key link in grassroots governance,that the prevention and control wall of the epidemic can be firmly built and precise prevention and control of the epidemic can be realized.However,we should also realize that the road to achieve refined governance of Changchun urban community is not plain sailing.On the one hand,refined governance requires more resources,services and management capacity;On the other hand,all aspects of society should play a positive role.Only by stimulating the governance vitality of the whole society in Changchun can precise governance be achieved.Therefore,how to make the sophisticated governance level of Changchun urban communities continue to deepen,so as to solve more problems in Changchun social governance becomes crucial.This paper intends to analyze the existing problems in the sophisticated governance of urban communities in Changchun and discuss the countermeasures and methods to solve the problems,so as to provide reference for the in-depth study of sophisticated governance of urban communities in China.There are 518 urban communities in Changchun,and these communities have different paths of sophisticated governance in the process of sophisticated governance according to their own characteristics,development conditions,residents’ quality and other factors.Under the guidance of Party Building to display their own characteristic sophisticated community governance mode,enterprise integration to build sophisticated community governance mode and give priority to with residents autonomy of old type sophisticated community governance model,based on the basic situation of three types of community governance model,the elaborating management analysis of the achievements and the existing difficulties,It has formed an analysis of the sophisticated governance of518 urban communities in Changchun,focusing on the problems existing in the sophisticated governance of these communities and providing practical solutions,so as to provide some experience and reference for other cities like Changchun in the sophisticated governance of communities. |
