| In recent years,with the rapid development of economy and society,China's urbanization process is accelerating,urbanization has improved the living standards of urban residents,but urban community governance will also face more challenges.In order to adapt to the changes brought about by urbanization,it is imperative to refine urban community governance.The refinement of urban community governance is to reorganize and refine every link of urban community governance.Strengthening the refinement of urban community governance has important theoretical and practical significance for the development of urban society in China.The study of fine urban community governance should pay attention to both the macro background of social governance and the micro vision of urban community.This paper studies the theory of city community governance intensification of source,summarize the elaborating the significance of urban community governance,from the perspective of history,combing the historical development of urban community governance structure in our country,analysis result and the insufficiency of urban community governance in our country,combining with the current time background and level of development,points out the current our country city community governance refinement in such aspects as concept,the main body,system and technology existence predicament,analysis the reasons;Then combined with the successful experience of urban community governance at home and abroad of fine,finally puts forward several paths of advancing our country city community governance of fine: transformation of community governance concept,the introduction of modern technology,optimize business processes,constructing scientific and effective mechanism of community governance,establish contract management mode,make up the community governance blind spot,the construction of community service management grid,so as to promote the urban community refinement,eventually achieve the goal of community governance. |
