Investigation And Research On The Satisfaction Of Resettlement Policy For Retired Soldiers In Yibin City

The comprehensive strength of a country,including economic strength,international status,social culture,national defense construction,military strength,etc.In our country,there are more soldiers in the army,they are the foundation and cornerstone of the army.During their service,soldiers defend their country and help the army build up.At present,the economic and political pattern of the whole world is complex and changeable,and the security situation around China is not optimistic.The veterans of today are the active-duty soldiers of tomorrow.The settlement and security of ex-soldiers concerns the vital interests of ex-soldiers,the secure service of active officers and men in the army,the recruitment and mobilization of high-quality talents,the harmonious and stable development of economy and society,and the realization of China’s great dream of rejuvenation.In 2011,the Regulations on the Placement of Ex-Soldiers was promulgated.The placement of ex-soldiers in urban and rural areas is treated equally,and there are mainly various ways of retirement,such as independent employment,job placement and return to work and school.At present,China is in a critical period of social transformation.We need to explore and study the implementation results of the resettlement policy for ex-soldiers,whether the policy objectives are achieved,how to adjust and revise the policy,and how to improve it.Combining with working practice,from the perspective of the theory of public policy,and the theory of sociology,research by questionnaire survey,visits,etc.,from policy content,policy propaganda,executive subject,the execution environment,perform the five dimensions of retired soldiers and resettlement policy analysis of the implementation of the investigation,found the soldier’s satisfaction is not high,the main reason is that the policy itself is not scientific,Insufficient integration with other policies;The propaganda channels of the policy are weak,and the soldiers have a single way to understand the policy.It takes a long time for ex-soldiers to adapt to the place after retirement and their re-socialization ability is not high.Policy support for economic and social environment is not enough.Finally,according to the reasons of low policy implementation satisfaction,the effective ways and methods to improve policy implementation satisfaction are proposed,and the system of resettlement policies and regulations is established and improved.Feasible supporting measures and policies are formulated to strengthen the integration and link with other policies in the department.Strengthen the strength of policy institutions,improve the comprehensive quality and ability of implementation personnel;Improve the policy identity of target group,help target group to speed up the process of resocialization;We will increase government funding,increase social support,and improve the environment for policy implementation.It is expected to provide some references for the adjustment and development of the demobilized soldiers’ resettlement policy,and provide optimized paths and means for the next step of the resettlement policy implementation,so as to ensure the maximum benefits of the policy and social harmony and stability.
