Research On Optimization Of Administrative Management System In Yancheng Economic And Technological Development Zone

Taking the administrative management system of Yancheng Economic and Technological Development Zone as an example,the thesis studies the development course of the park,the mode of administrative management system,the concrete problems and the optimization path.In the face of the new economic development situation and the task of reform and innovation,it is necessary to speed up the rationalization of the administrative system of the park,decentralize the management authority of the park,stimulate the power of the park personnel,and accelerate the establishment of a new modern management mechanism suitable for the new development concept.This thesis focuses on the optimization of the administrative system of the park,the connotation of the economic and technological development zones and the administrative system at home and abroad.This thesis analyzes the common problems and causes in the administrative system of Yancheng Economic and Technological Development Zone,and puts forward the optimization path of the administrative system of the national economic and technological development zone.Therefore,we focus on the management mechanism of the government-led state-level district management committee,study the problems existing in the operation process,explore the common problems,and put forward the optimization path with high applicability.The thesis proposes targeted and feasible measures and the optimization path,which provides references for comparable industrial parks to improve the management efficiency and also for national economic development zones in China to innovate on their administrative management systems.
