Research On Information Management Of Agriculture-related Public Complaints And Proposals In S Province

At present,China’s rural areas are in a critical period of urbanization construction,and the incidence of letters and visits related to agriculture continues to rise.S Province introduced the letters and visits information management system in 2015 to effectively deal with letters and visits related to agriculture through information management,which has gained some experience but still has some deficiencies.This paper aims to explore the problems and reasons existing in the information management of letters and visits related to agriculture at the present stage,and puts forward the ideas and measures to improve the information management of letters and visits related to agriculture.It is of great significance for S province to improve the information management level of letters and visits related to agriculture,consolidate the development of rural economy,and maintain harmony and stability at the grass-roots level.In this paper,from the Angle of information management,based on digital governance,the collaborative governance,government reengineering theory,using the method of literature analysis,case study,job interviews,etc,in S province agriculture information management present situation as the breakthrough point,the handling of complaint reporting tease out S province agriculture reporting information management in system and mechanism,system construction and related care results,And further expounds the current S province agriculture reporting information management existing in the management main body power and responsibility division is not clear,the information content is missing,the information processing speed is slow,information platform,four types of risk problems in-depth analysis S province agriculture reporting information management existence question,mainly including inadequate management mechanism is not sound,management refinement,backward management process and management tools.Finally,in view of the causes of the problem,put forward suggestions to improve the information management of agriculture-related letters and visits in S Province.To strengthen the information management of letters and visits related to agriculture,we should adhere to optimizing the management mechanism,improving the management content,streamlining the management process and improving the management technology,so as to further standardize the information management of letters and visits related to agriculture in S Province and gradually realize the goal of "complete function,open system,safe and controllable".
