Research On The Construction And Implementation Path Of Intelligent System Of Online Complaints And Proposals

The system of letters and visits is a useful supplement to socialist democratic politics with Chinese characteristics.With the rapid development of the economy and the continuous advancement of Internet technology,the work of letters and visits has also been "followed up".The "online letter and visit" system platform has been established and has become the main channel one.On February 25,2022,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council issued the "Regulations on the Work of Letters and Visits",requiring all regions and departments to grasp the principles and requirements of the work of letters and visits in the new era,and practice the peoplecentered development idea.It is proposed that party committees and governments at all levels should strengthen Informatization and intelligent construction of letters and visits work.Based on the logical idea of "system-technology",this paper tries to build an intelligent system of online petitions from the combination of institutions and technologies on the basis of studying and analyzing relevant domestic materials on the construction of intelligent petitions on the Internet.Combined with the local government’s case of intelligent construction of online complaints,the optimization path of online complaints is discussed.The first chapter is the introduction of this article,which mainly introduces the research background of this article,analyzes the relevant research at home and abroad,and shows the research ideas and methods of this article.In addition,it discusses in detail the relevant concepts of this article-network complaints,online complaints and intelligent of online complaints.The second chapter constructs an intelligent system of online complaints from the perspective of "institution-technology" interaction,and proposes that system guarantees and technology dependence are important guarantee elements for intelligent online complaints.The absence system is meaningless.The third chapter shows the local practice of online petition intelligence,taking L Province as a practical case,starting from the construction background of L Province’s online petition intelligence,and introducing the actual work of L Province in promoting the construction of online petition intelligence.The fourth chapter conducts a practice-based inspection of the intelligent construction of online petition letters and visits in L Province,analyzes the practical value of the intelligent construction of online petition letters and visits in combination with the actual situation of L Province,and analyzes the challenges that may be encountered in the process of intelligent petition online.It is proposed that there are mainly institutional challenges and technical challenges.The fifth chapter discusses the optimization path of online petition intelligence based on the challenges of online petition intelligence.We can try to make efforts from two aspects: system follow-up and technical correction to deal with the challenges that may be encountered in the process of online petition intelligence construction.Safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the masses.
