| Community discussion and consultation is an important way to resolve community conflicts,safeguard residents’ legitimate rights and interests,build a harmonious community and improve residents’ happiness index.Whether the operation mechanism of urban community discussion and consultation is perfect or not directly determines the quality and level of urban community governance.But at present,there are still many imperfections in the operation mechanism of urban community consultation in China,which need to be solved urgently.Therefore,starting from the relevant theories of deliberative democracy,this paper takes X Community of Wenzhou City as an example and conducts in-depth research and discussion on the formation and embodiment of the deliberative mechanism of urban communities in accordance with the sequence of five chapters.The first chapter mainly summarizes the research background and domestic and foreign research results related to discussion and consultation,and summarizes the views,which forms the theoretical basis of this paper.At the same time,this chapter also explains the research methods,research framework and shortcomings.The second chapter mainly takes X community in Wenzhou as an example,elaborates the development and evolution process of the deliberative and consultative system in this community,and analyzes it through actual cases,so as to more intuitively understand how the deliberative and consultative system of this community operates.Through the analysis of actual cases,and then summed up the negotiation process on the subject,procedure,content of the relevant characteristics,at the same time to the effect of its analysis.The third chapter is mainly based on the previous analysis results,starting from the problems existing in the discussion and consultation mechanism of X community in Wenzhou City,to find the existing problems,and analyze the reasons,and then extend from a community to the general problems existing in the whole.The fourth chapter mainly through the full text of the research results,and the study of relevant literature,and then summed up the urban community discussion and consultation mechanism optimization methods,proposed to enhance the discussion ability of the negotiation subject,improve the negotiation process,broaden the participation platform and other three dimensions of the optimization path.The fifth chapter summarizes and states the research results of the full text,hoping to provide some help and reference for the operation and improvement of the operation mechanism of urban community discussion and consultation through the research of this paper. |
