Family is the cell of society.Family education is directly related to the cultivation of people’s social role,social character and the ability to adapt to society.In the context of accelerating the modernization of education,the national family education guidelines issued by the nine departments of the state clearly points out that " A social support network for family education should be formed with the close cooperation of the government,schools,families and society." The family education promotion law of the People’s Republic of China issued in October 2021 provides a legal guarantee for family education.In the process of family education guidance,how to improve the government’s supervision,organize the density of parents’ participation,implement the depth of social collaboration,in order to promote the fair and quality of education,and improve the effect of family education guidance is not only a problem of the times,but also a problem worthy of further study.This study investigates the operation status of family education guidance mode in area C in the form of case study,combs the current situation of family education guidance in regional education governance at home and abroad by using the literature research method,takes this as the research basis,and carries out data analysis and interview content analysis through questionnaire survey and interview survey.This paper summarizes the problems existing in the implementation of the line mode,expounds the causes of the problems,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the current situation and problems.The study found that the guidance of family education in area C has formed a certain foundation in the construction of guidance team,teacher training and organizational guarantee.Through the interview summary and comparison of materials,it is sorted out that the current family education guidance mode in area C is mainly "guidance of education administrative department,interactive cooperation between home and school,and coordinated development of multiple parties".Combined with the results of questionnaire survey and interview survey,identify the shortcomings of the existing business model in the implementation: the overall planning service of the education administrative department is weak,the home school cooperation is superficial,and the pace of collaborative development is slow.Analyzing the causes of the problems can be summarized as follows: first,the executive functions of educational administrative departments are not in place;Second,the school management is rigid;Third,the participation mechanism of social forces is not perfect.After studying the current situation,analyzing the problems and causes,this study puts forward suggestions from three aspects: improving the public functions of education administrative departments,strengthening the demand-oriented school education supply of parents,and promoting the collaborative participation of multiple subjects,in order to provide reference for the regional implementation of family education guidance model.
