The results of school education and social education can be reflected by students’ examination performances of students,which is the basis for people to judge the success of education at one time,while the result of family education is reflected by the method of interaction with others and individuals’ behaviors.Compared with school education and social education,the results of family education are implicit and hard to get.Family education not only has lasting life-long effects on individuals,and even continues to affect the next generation or even generations later.However,in the present society,due to the influence of factors such as the old-fashioned ideas of guardians,a person under the guardianship of left-behind children and having special family circumstances(single parent or reconstituted family),there are problems in family education such as providing support without providing education,neither providing support nor providing education or providing education without providing support,which not only has adverse effects on the in-depth development of “Trinity”(family-school-society)coordinated education but also causes many social problems such as “naughty child”,“naughty old man” and “juvenile delinquency”.Therefore,it is urgent to develop the law for family education and improve the current situation of family education.The establishment of the law for family education can greatly improve the current situation of family education,guarantee the physical and mental health development of minors,help minors establish socialist core values,guide parents to conduct positive and correct family education,promote family togetherness and social harmony,and improve the education system among society,family and school and its legal system.The development of the family-school-society integration refers to an education system based on the family-school-society integration that the family is regarded as the foundation,school as the subject and society as the platform.The current situation of relevant laws on education in our country is that both school and social education legislations have been improved and citizens’ education law consciousness is complete.In contrast,the legal construction of the family education has lagged.Thereis no sound and independent legal system which can be based on a specialized law.Chapter Ⅰ is the “introduction”.This chapter mainly introduces the theoretical and practical basis on which the research problem of this thesis is proposed,the research content,relevant literature review,theoretical and practical significance of the research and the research method.Chapter Ⅱ is “The logic of family education legislation in China from the perspective of family school society integration”,including the classification of the family education legislation and the subject as well as the content focus of the family education legislation.The chapter clarifies the fundamental goal and expected results of the domestic family education legislation.Chapter Ⅲ is “An analysis of the function of family education legislation in China from the perspective of the integration of family,school and society”.This chapter illustrates the necessity to set up the family education law which can improve the education legal system,promote the healthy development of the family education,prevent and control the minor crimes.Chapter Ⅳ is “the current situation and problems of the domestic family education legislation”.This chapter mainly analyzes and compares the domestic existing laws related to family education and the family education laws issued by the local government.Then the chapter introduces the current situation and characteristics of the domestic family education legislation by combining the hot social issues.Chapter Ⅴ is “Suggestions on the legislation of family education in China”.The chapter aims to provide new ideas and reasonable insights for the family education law by combining the education system based on the family-school-society integration from the perspectives of the moral education and the mutual education between parents and children.The thesis analyzes the current situation and problems of the family education from the perspective of the family-school-society integration.The author has looked up current legal literature about and related to the family education.Then the author has proposed suggestions on the legal name,the content style and the legislation focus of the family education legislation concerning the main problems existing in the family education by comparing current education laws.The research will provide the new ideas for the final enactment of the family education law and contribute to making the family education more accurate and scientific by highlighting the moral education of the juveniles and the two-way interactive education among familymembers.
