In the era of big data,archives data management is the focus of archives development.However,in the application of cadres’ personnel file data,the research ideas and methods are outmoded and lack of practice.Many departments implement manual management mode,which is ineffective and lack of automation and intelligence.Combined with the Henan Smart Organization and Construction Project,this paper constructs a cloud data platform of the cadres’ personnel file,collects the cadre’personnel file data for practice,introduces the typical application of the cloud platform.Based on realizing the functions of tracing,visualizing and personalized searching,this article reveals the complex knowledge and laws in the field of organization and personnel,through deep data mining,information processing and knowledge measuring,to provide practical and valuable reference for personnel work.Through the literature analysis method and empirical research method,this paper deeply participates in the Henan Smart Organization and Construction Project,builds a cloud platform,extensively collects representative cadre personnel file data from multiple channels,and conducts in-depth mining and analysis of the data to form a systematic,digital,safe and reliable cloud platform for cadres’ personnel files,which meets the needs of high-quality development of organizational work.Under the unified standard system,this paper labels the cadres,constructs cadres’ portraits,and realizes intelligent organization of cadres’ assessment,appointment and dismissal,training,supervision,and comprehensive judgment based on cadre portraits.This paper uses the perspective of big data,put the work of cadre personnel files in the stage of big data,researches the application mode of file data,and proposes a cloud platform for the data cloud platform of cadres’ personnel files under big data to expand the complex relationship between data.The cadre personnel files intelligent office proposed in this paper has not seen relevant public research so far,so it has obvious academic innovation. |
