| Maintaining social stability and lasting peace and security is the overall goal of Xinjiang’s work.As the grass-roots unit of social governance,the community has become the forefront in maintaining social stability in Xinjiang.The community needs disciplined and professional community workers,Through the ranks of community workers to maintain social stability,coordinate grass-roots relations,ease contradictions,solve social problems,and meet the needs of residents in different communities.This paper starts from the status quo of community workers in the village of shuimogou district of Urumqi.Conduct questionnaires and conduct surveys on different groups.To find out the shortcomings in the construction of community workers in the village of Shuimogou District of Urumqi.It is found that community workers are not aware of their functional roles and work priorities.There is a big gap between work ability and job requirements.Low benefits and insufficient reserve pool reserves.It is found that community workers are not aware of their functional roles and work priorities.There is a large gap between work ability and job requirements,low welfare benefits,and insufficient reserve pool reserves.The main reasons for its existence are:There are conflicts in role positioning,training work is not in place,the evaluation incentive mechanism is not perfect enough,and the training of reserve cadres is not valued.Finally,based on the experience of typical urban practices in China,The author puts forward the optimal countermeasures from the aspects of defining functions,strengthening training,strengthening evaluation and motivation and strengthening the training of reserve cadres. |
