In recent years,the selection of students as a special group in the civil service has attracted the attention of all sectors of society and graduall become the backbone of the civil service.The job satisfaction of the selected birth group directly affects the daily work.Polarity and initiative also affect the administrative results of government agencies from the side.Currently,the selection of the work of the group,there are few academic studies in the field of satisfaction,and it is affected by many factors such as the increase in the number of recruits and the salary and benefits.The phenomenon of “double shrinking”in the promotion space and quality of life in the student group,and the job satisfaction day of the selected group as the trend is lower,T City,as a representative of the coordinated development of the Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei region,is affected by the policy and selects the group workers.The problems presented by satisfaction are more typical and objective.Therefore,the job satisfaction of the T-market selection and reincarnation research is necessary.This article takes the T-market selection of the reincarnation group as the research object,using literature analysis,individual interviews,questionnaires,etc.Methodology to study job satisfaction,based on demand hierarchy theory,two-factor theory,fairness theory and expectation theory and a variety of theoretical research,according to the universality and particularity of the relevant theory,determine the research object and sample range.By clarifying the current situation of job satisfaction in the T-sector selection group,the interview content is presented,individual interviews are conducted,and combine the actual situation of the T city,determine the work itself,work return,personal development,and work that affect job satisfaction.Five factors of environment and personality factors.Using the questionnaire survey method to establish the T-city selection and adjustment of the satisfaction of the group the index system of background variables and factor variables,using SPSS software to statistically analyze the questionnaire data.It is concluded that the comprehensive satisfaction of the sample work of the T-market selected students is moderate,and the work itself and the job-reward I-level dimension evaluation satisfaction index is low,the compensation and benefits,job matching,training machine the satisfaction index of the I-level dimension evaluation and promotion development is lower than the average.For the current T-city selection and reconciliation group highly concerned remuneration packages,training and learning,selection and promotion mechanisms,and professional values countermeasures,and suggest to improve the remuneration package,improve the assessment promotion mechanism,innovative training learning forms,strengthen the team and people-oriented management have improved job satisfaction in five aspects.
