Research On The Status Quo Of Public Service Satisfaction In Jingzhou City And The Promotion Strategy

For over 30 years of reform and opening-up,with the development of the market economy and political system of continuously perfect,the government and the market,the relationship between people and the government also is undergoing profound changes,at the same time,the consciousness of people to participate in politics in the growing,government service concept also in constant change,the public service has become the core concept of government reform in the 21st century. Therefore,improving the government’s public management level and create satisfactory government by people has become a trend in the development of modern society.Firstly, through the use of public service theory, the paper analyzes and guides the public satisfaction evaluation of local government. Through the use of reference and questionnaire, the paper constructs the public service satisfaction evaluation index system, which includes service efficiency, service attitude, service environment, service management, administrative staff quality and information service level. The main factors include:compulsory education service, entertainment and cultural service, social security service, traffic service and security and environment improvement two two indicators.Secondly, taking Jingzhou as an example, the paper makes a survey on the satisfaction of public service in Jingzhou, and according to the evaluation results, the paper concludes the shortcomings of the public service satisfaction, and analyzes the causes. In the micro aspect, some of the lower satisfaction scores are:service efficiency, service management, service attitude, and in the macro aspect, the lower satisfaction scores are:entertainment and cultural services, social security services, and compulsory education services.The last chapter in view of the insufficiency JingZhoucity public service satisfaction,puts forward the measures to improve the JingZhou city government public service satisfaction.Finally, according to the existing problems of public service satisfaction in Jingzhou, the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the satisfaction of public service of the government of Jingzhou city were put forward.
