Urban Security Risk Assessment Research

In a sense,the history of human development can be regarded as a history of fighting against risks.Hundreds or even thousands of years ago,human beings faced food shortage,hunger,plague and other risks related to human survival.The industrial revolution not only brought unprecedented development of science and technology but also accelerated the pace of urbanization.with more and more high-rise buildings appearing,rapid increase of population density and large-scale urban infrastructure construction,the city has apathological trend,meanwhile all kinds of risks everywhere.Some risks evolved into a variety of disasters and accidents,affecting the normal order of society,causing casualties and property losses.Although we are faced with of risks in urban development,escaping is not the ultimate solution.We are supposed to raise the awareness of risks and carry out identification and evaluation of urban security risks.By taking measures of corresponding risk management to avoid and reduce the harm caused by various risks to urban development.This thesis uses the method of Delphi expert,screening typical factors which reflect risk of city safety.After two rounds of expert questionnaire,I finally choose 6first level indexes of the social stability,and the urban infrastructure,16 secondary indicators: social development,social security,social security 51 three-level indicators,such as GDP,per capita GDP and gini coefficient.All of them construct evaluation index system of city.Then,the weight of urban safety risk was assessed by experts group in the method of the analytic hierarchy process,so the index system of urban safety risk assessment with good universality is established,which lays a foundation for urban safety risk assessment.Then,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used.The experts who are familiar with the urban security risk situation in A zone will be invited to carry out the urban security risk evaluation in A zone.Based on the results of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of urban security risk in A zone,this thesis makes systematic analysis,and then gives some suggestions on urban security risk management in A zone from the perspective of public management.Security and stability is the basic premise of urban development and the basic guarantee of urban development as well.The risk is always there,and it is always with the city.To achieve high-quality urban development,we must recognize risks actively,adopt effective methods to control and charge the risks,and then create a stable social environment.Thus,high-quality human development will be realized.It is hoped that this research can provide decision reference for the safety risk assessment of other cities.
