With the development of all walks of life,human beings are no longer satisfied with recording and remembering the past and the present,and begin to gradually predict a certain time in the future.The data accumulated by human and nature is growing in various fields over time,and software related technologies are also developing and applied in industries closely related to people’s life.Taking Z government information system project as an example,this thesis studies the project risks of government information system construction project,and provides constructive ideas and methods for various uncertainties encountered in the project in the process of system implementation,which can provide certain practical significance for future government information system projects in project risk management.However,there are still some deficiencies in the efficiency of digital transformation of various business information in the current government information system project.It also includes the lack of practical experience in risk management of actual government information system related projects and the lack of identification and response to project risks.Therefore,this thesis will study the project risk system of Z government information system,analyze the project risk of Z government information system project,identify the project risk,analyze the project risk,evaluate the impact of the project risk,control the impact of the project risk,and monitor the risk from project risk identification to project risk response,Timely take effective measures to reduce the impact of risk on project implementation as much as possible,so as to improve the satisfaction of customers and the company to the project and make the project achieve the expected effect.In this thesis,combined with the actual project,in the process of project risk management,the first project risk management theory as the theoretical basis of this thesis,and then the current project risk management as a practical basis,the actual background environment of the project risk identification of the project.Then mainly adopts the analytic hierarchy process and comprehensive fuzzy evaluation method,carries on the qualitative analysis and the quantitative analysis to the project risk,carries on the risk evaluation to several risk factors of the project related to the government affairs information system.Then it mainly introduces the main measures to deal with the risks of the project according to the results of the risk evaluation,and sets up a special person responsible for the risk measures,so as to reduce the loss caused by the risk as much as possible,and achieve the expected effect of the project.Finally,the conclusion of this thesis is mainly summarized the results of this thesis.Taking Z government affairs information system project as an example,this thesis hopes to provide constructive ideas and methods for government affairs information system-related projects and enrich the connotation of project risk management theory.
