In the rapid development of informationization,the role of network information systems in various fields is becoming increasingly important,and the government network information system in X unit is also becoming more and more important,playing an important role in the unit’s normal operation,supervision guarantee,and social services.If a security risk event occurs,it will affect the normal operation of government agencies and produce adverse social effects.This study takes X unit’s government network information system as the research object and constructs a targeted evaluation index system,improves the model and method of risk assessment,and carries out a comprehensive risk assessment of the system as well as puts forward security measures and countermeasures.The specific research contents are as follows:(1)Based on relevant laws and regulations,combined with the security needs and characteristics of X unit’s government network information system,the initial risk assessment index system is proposed.Then,using various methods such as expert conference,expert investigation,Delphi method,and relevance analysis,the security evaluation index factors are analyzed and optimized,and a security risk assessment index system for X unit’s government network information system is constructed.(2)In response to the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP),this study applies the entropy weighting method to improve it.Specifically,the initial weights of evaluation indicators and the consistency pass rate of expert judgment matrix are solved by AHP method.Then,the entropy weighting method is used to solve the entropy weighting weights of expert evaluation data and risk evaluation data.Subsequently,the hierarchical weights are adjusted in combination with the adjusted expert entropy weights,and the comprehensive weights are calculated in combination with the evaluation data weights.Finally,the improved AHP evaluation model is designed by using fuzzy evaluation method,designing evaluation comments set,and evaluation interval.(3)The improved AHP evaluation model is applied to the security risk assessment of X unit’s government network information system,and the security factors are analyzed based on the evaluation results,and specific security countermeasures are proposed.This study constructs a targeted evaluation index system for X unit’s government network information system and applies expert entropy weighting and expert consistency pass rate to improve the AHP evaluation method for use in security assessment.However,due to the lack of objective security-related data collected in this study,future research will focus on collecting objective security-related data to further optimize the model.
