Research On Patent Risk Of New Energy Automobile Enterprises Based On AHP Fuzzy Complex Evaluation

Under the background of increasingly serious environmental pollution and resource shortage,China’s transportation mode is undergoing profound changes,and new-energy vehicles have become an important direction for the development of automobile industry technology and market competition.The overall scale,comprehensive strength and activity of China’s new energy automobile industry have been increasing year by year in recent years,and the market competition among various new energy automobile enterprises has also become increasingly fierce.For new energy vehicles and other strategic emerging industries,improving the ability of independent innovation and intellectual property control is the top priority to improve their basic competitiveness.Patent work has become a key strategic activity that new energy automobile enterprises need to attach great importance to.To cut new energy automobile enterprises in technology research and development,production and operation activities such as injury caused by patent risk,based on the enterprise risk management theory and the patent risk evaluation theory based on the literature research,combined with the characteristics of new energy automobile enterprises in China,pre-built new energy automobile enterprise patent risk evaluation index system,on the reliability analysis,get the final index system.Using analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to carry on the solution of the index weight,weight results can be for new energy vehicles in our country enterprise patent strategy provide reference and reference to preventing risks of patent in advance,and to establish a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model,it is concluded that the membership degree of each index,new energy automobile enterprises in China patent risk factors assessment level.Based on the data of Chery new energy automobile enterprise,the case analysis shows that according to the principle of maximum membership degree,the patent risk level of Chery new energy automobile enterprise is medium.Specifically,the level of patent risk in the process of patent technology development and patent application is medium,while the level of patent risk in the stage of patent application and patent protection is relatively safe.Therefore,the patent risk situation of China’s new energy automobile enterprises is not optimistic.The patent risk in the stage of patent technology research and development and patent application should be the focus of attention.Meanwhile,the source of patent risk in the important process of patent application should also be identified and controlled,which should not be taken lightly.In particular,we should strengthen the control of patent risks in cooperative research and development,internal application,independent research and development,independent implementation and passive rights protection.
