| Organ transaction service socialization reform in China is gradually introduced,tend to perfect,logistics service is a traditional authority transaction service,service socialization has increasingly become the main form of organization affairs service,but the slow process of centralized and unified management,unbalanced development at all levels,different standards,poor equipment,modernization level is not high,lack of team innovation consciousness and competition consciousness,management responsibilities unclear boundaries,supervision mechanism is not perfect,service market economy benefit pursue profit maximization and the service quality imbalance,restricting the development of qingyuan city,guangdong province authority transaction service socialization.The reasons for the above problems are mainly limited by the low degree of unified centralized management,imperfect service standard system,backward equipment and facilities,lack of modern development concept,empirical and planned economy thought,insufficient management personnel,non-unified functions,imperfect supervision mechanism and so on.Based on the experience of Shenzhen Government Offices Administration,Foshan Government Offices Administration and Fogang Government Offices Administration of Qingyuan City,this paper puts forward some suggestions for optimization: first,strengthen the unified centralized management and perfect the standardization system.Second,we will raise the level of intelligence and information technology.Third,we will improve talent management and reshape service concepts.Fourth,unify the functions and stick to the reform direction and improve the supervision system. |
