| With the continuous improvement of economic development,political innovation and social ecological and cultural environment,people’s comprehensive living conditions have been improved,and the trend of aging has been increasingly obvious.Social pension has become one of the important goals of social management.Based on the traditional social assistance,China implements the governance logic of government management in a period of time,from which public pension institutions began to come into being,and then in the process of restructuring and reform,the "public private" pension institutions officially came into being.Based on the complexity of the reality,our country "public private pension institutions while on development has begun to take shape,but the pension services affordable and inadequate,the social work as a scientific concept,theory and method of professional,in alleviating mental predicament,promote life skills and enlarge social communication has the good auxiliary and promote role.Although " public private pension institutions for policy resources,stable funding and expanding the social main body in such aspects as compared with ordinary institutions do have advantages,but " public private pension agency characteristics make social work in the " public private pension institutions endowment service practice,still faces many difficulties,Institutions need to further change the operational management of services,improve the elderly service ability and enhance the professional service level of social work.Based on the H city "public private" L agencies as the main research object,through the literature research Gui method,participatory observation method and interview method,the old man’s living conditions within the institutions of the development of "public private pension institutions and pension service to participate in the summary on the practice of social work and thinking,analyzes the main problems and reasons,and connecting with the institutional basis and current conditions,Suggestions are put forward to promote the professional development of institutions and social work in elderly care services.Through specific practical observation and data analysis,it is found that after the introduction of social workers,L Agency still faces three major problems: the psychological identity dilemma among the subjects in the multi-system system,the shortage of talents in the service system of the agency,and the role ability dilemma in the practice process of the subjects.In order to further improve the status quo of pension service in "public and private" L institutions and enhance the professional level of social work participation in pension service,in the process of institutional development and service provision,it is necessary to take the public as the guide,by clarifying the development orientation of the main body and expanding social work policy participation.We should improve the management system of social workers and break the limitation of service management.Taking the demonstration as the goal,the practice space of social workers should be explored and the demonstration effect of elderly care should be highlighted.Thus,the new situation of social work effectively participating in the pension service of "public and private" institutions can be gradually formed. |
