Study On The Helping Ability Of The Village-based Task Force Under The Background Of Poverty Reduction

Targeted poverty alleviation has always been the focus of our government’s work,and sending village teams to help is one of the important means to solve the problem of poverty in rural areas.In the current situation,how to better carry out the work of the village team,how to ensure the village team’s ability to help,is a problem that must be deeply considered.Whether the village team can really solve the problem of poverty,not only has a great relationship with the resources of the dispatched units,but also has a close relationship with the village team in all aspects of the work,so it is necessary to study the village team in depth to find out the existing problems and reasons.Based on this,this paper,through many methods such as questionnaire survey,take F Township of X County as an example,focus on the village team to help the situation to be studied.This paper first analyzes the background and significance of the construction of village-based teams in targeted poverty alleviation work,and summarizes the current research situation of domestic and foreign scholars in this field.Then on the village help field survey results are analyzed,mainly on the dispatched units,the village work team situation,the village help to carry out the investigation,on the specific help to carry out the implementation and the final results of the study.Then through the way of questionnaire survey on the specific helping effect of the village team to summarize the problems in the village team to help and analyze the reasons.Finally,according to the specific problems,to find more effective countermeasures.Through the analysis of this paper,it is found that the current resident team of F Township in X County is facing problems such as poverty alleviation atmosphere needs to be created,support from dispatched units needs to be strengthened,system construction needs to be improved,resource sharing rate needs to be further improved,and cadre quality needs to be strengthened.To solve these problems,it is necessary to further create an atmosphere of poverty alleviation,improve the support of dispatched units,shorten the relationship between cadres and the masses,strengthen system construction,promote resource sharing,and improve the quality of cadres,so as to realize the improvement of the helping ability.
