| Under the background of mobile Internet,government new media such as We Chat,micro-blog,tiktok and government voice are becoming important channels for government to issue information,provide services,communicate public opinion and guide public opinion.Government wechat has become an effective tool to improve the modernization of government governance ability.But at the same time,the rapid popularization of new media has broken the previous situation controlled by the official media.The development of we media has changed the communication environment into "public noise",and the network public opinion environment is more complex.Especially when the outbreak of crisis related to the safety of people’s lives and property,national stability and unity,how the government departments make use of government new media to issue authoritative voice has become an important part of the research on the level of government social management.Therefore,based on novel coronavirus pneumonia crisis,this paper summarizes the strengths,instant effectiveness,authority and proximity of We Chat in crisis communication.Taking the "new crown pneumonia epidemic" as a typical case,it analyzes the performance of We Chat issued by Wuhan government,and on this basis,proposes the improvement of We Chat’s crisis communication capability.Specific countermeasures.In this paper,firstly,the government should pay attention to the new government media represented by wechat,and realize that the new media is an important means for the government to establish a good image,enhance credibility,and resolve the crisis.The government needs to pay attention to the interaction with the public,clarify its role positioning,and enhance the sense of service.We should constantly improve the information disclosure mechanism and information release mechanism.For e-government wechat editors,they should not only have high political literacy,but also constantly improve their professional ability and understand their responsibilities. |
