A Study On The Function Of Governmental Microblog In Crisis Communication

This year is the eighth year that the government microblog has passed.The development of China’s government microblog has entered a relatively stable period.General Secretary Xi Jinping proposed to build a new social governance structure for joint governance and sharing.This is one of the most important contributions to the government microblog.The government affairs microblog has played an important role in information response,guidance of benign public opinions,and broadening of interactive experiences.In particular,in the crisis of public events,the government’s Weibo has played its role in the role of its new government media role.It has formed a healthy resonance between the government departments and ordinary netizens and the people,and it has become a public crisis incident.Or missing part.This paper takes the crisis communication in the communication level as the theoretical background.From the perspective of government affairs microblog,when the crisis communication occurs,the government affairs microblog is used as a media to spread the public information to play a medium function in crisis propagation.This medium function Does it overlap with the theory of media functions in communication science? In the new media environment,new theoretical factors have been given to the media function.Based on the above theoretical research,this article uses the “Jinan Public Security” in the government’s micro-blog as an example to compare and analyze in many aspects to arrive at the determinants that influence the formation of these functions,thereby deriving the micro-blog of the government affairs in crisis communication.The function will provide a theoretical basis for the provision of new solutions for public crises and the emergence of crises.This article uses the literature research method,case study and content analysis method as the research method.Taking the government affairs micro-blog “Jinan Public Security” as an example,this paper analyzes the crisis events that occurred in this Weifang government blog and uses content analysis to establish research objectives and determine the quantitative principles.The content is analyzed objectively and systematically,so that a representative sample of data is extracted strictly.After the analysis of the final data sample,an effective statistical inference is formed to verify or contrast the final conclusion.In this paper,through the study of the functions of the government microblog in crisis communication,we summarize and analyze the practical suggestions for the future development of government microblog and the management of government crisis communication,so as to constantly make new innovations and respond to the call of the country to create a society for common governance and sharing.The governance structure dedicate one’s own strength.
