Research On Social Work To Improve The Social Communication Ability For Disabled Children

The social communication of disabled children is an important way for them to form self-concept,obtain emotional support and socialize.The normal social communication is related to the social development and physical and mental health of disabled children.On the whole,disabled children's social communication is at a low level,among which the lack of social communication ability is an important reason for their low social level.Social communication ability is a comprehensive reflection of cognitive ability,emotional control ability and communication ability.Good social ability can promote disabled children to better social interaction,reduce their feeling of being marginalized,and accelerate their social adaptation.Research and exploration to improve the social communication ability of children with disabilities is urgent.Based on this,this study selects hearing-impaired children in Shanghai A disability institution as the research object.Through interviews and questionnaires,learn about the current status of children with hearing disability in social communication,and analyze the reasons from the three levels of individual,family and society for the problems of insufficient cognitive ability,weak emotional control ability and insufficient interpersonal communication ability.On the basis of the theory of ecosystem and symbolic interaction theory,the author organized group activities from three aspects: disabled children themselves,disabled children's families and society,in order to improve the social communication ability of disabled children and accelerate their social adaptation process.Based on the results of the group evaluation,it was found that social work is practical and effective for improving the social communication ability of children with disabilities,and can improve their cognitive ability,emotional control ability and communication ability.Finally,the author put forward some targeted suggestions for the research of this article,that is,to play the guiding role of parents,provide diversified services for families with children with disabilities through the intervention of social workers,and improve relevant departments' systems to help disabled children better and faster adapt to the society.
