Research On The Supply And Demand Relationship Of Smart Agriculture Policy In My Country

At present,China’s intelligent agriculture development has entered the initial stage,and began to accelerate the development stage.In recent years,although China’s smart agriculture has developed rapidly,it has also exposed such problems as weak infrastructure,insufficient support and utilization of funds,lack of talents,immature technology and lack of support platform.In order to solve these problems,we should start from the policy of intelligent agriculture and do a good job of top-level design to guide the transformation of agricultural development pattern in China.Based on the theory of information asymmetry,the theory of agricultural sustainable development and the theory of supply-demand relationship,this paper uses the method of combining qualitative research with quantitative research to study the supply-demand relationship of China’s intelligent agricultural policy,analysis on the supply and demand of the policy of intelligent agriculture in China.The current development of intelligent agriculture in China is a necessary choice for the development of “Agriculture,rural areas and farmers”,the balanced development of agricultural resources,the construction of Digital China and the scientific development of agriculture,however,the development of intelligent agriculture is faced with the shortage of policies,capital,technology,enterprises,facilities,etc..The key to solve these problems is to solve the relationship between supply and demand of policies,therefore,this paper focuses on the analysis of the supply and demand data of China’s 31 provinces,municipalities and autonomous regions from 2012 to 2020,using statistical methods,this paper analyzes the quantity and content of the supply and demand of the supporting policy,the basic policy,the talent policy,the technology policy and the guarantee policy in the intelligent agriculture.Finally,by the empirical study of policy supply-demandshift model,we find that 31 provinces and autonomous regions in China have different degrees of policy shift,most of which are more demand than supply Where the supply of intelligent agricultural policy is greater than the demand,the deviation degree of policy is relatively small,but it also shows moderate deviation.In addition,through the analysis of the policy content,we found that the economic backward central,northern,western and southwestern regions,the policy supply quantity and quality are not high;There are many deficiencies in the implementation of various types of smart agricultural policies.Based on the conclusions of the study,this paper gives three suggestions: first,strengthen the guidance of national intelligent agriculture policy to ensure the balance of policy supply and demand;Third,we should strengthen the implementation of various policies,correct development defects and ensure that policies benefit the people,said Huinong District.
