Research On Self-regulation Of Social Organization Alliance From The Perspective Of Voluntary Accountability Club

With the continuous improvement of the degree of social autonomy and the development of social organizations,the alliance of social organizations has become one of the autonomous units of the social governance system,and its self-regulation has become an important means of social governance and a necessary supplement to government regulations.The self-regulation of the social organization alliance focuses on the alliance’s normative and restrictive function of its member organizations,and based on the theory of voluntary accountability clubs,the self-regulation mechanism of the social organization alliance is summarized as a screening mechanism,a supervision mechanism,and a reward and punishment mechanism.The screening mechanism is the basis of self-regulation of social organization alliances.As a "separator" of social organization alliances,it uses the "club" standard of the alliance as its basic principle,and selects high-quality member organizations for social organization alliances through the entry and exit mechanism.The supervision mechanism is the key to the self-regulation of the social organization alliance,in which information disclosure,internal evaluation and result feedback form a repetitive and intertwined supervision and management system,which can effectively regulate and coordinate the behavior of members.The reward and punishment mechanism is the guarantee for the self-regulation of the social organization alliance.It can not only stimulate the vitality of the members,but also punish the wrong behavior.At the same time,it provides the correct behavior guide to ensure that the operation of the alliance does not deviate from the predetermined track,and promotes the achievement of the alliance’s self-regulation purpose.However,the self-regulation of social organization alliances generally have problems of varying degrees,which are attributed to the constraints of related environment,own conditions,external regulatory forces and other factors.Only the core mechanism of self-regulation can be constantly improved to make the three interact and work together.In order to achieve the best effect of self-regulation of social organization alliances to the maximum extent.It is hoped that the above results can provide experience and reference for the self-regulation and improvement of the self-regulation ability of my country’s social organization alliances,and at the same time play a certain reference role for the government to improve the relevant policies of social organizations and their alliances.
