In the vigorous era of Internet development,social public opinion incidents continue to climb,and its positive or negative effects can not be ignored.In 2016,the General Office of the State Council issued the "Notice on Further Reacting to the Government’s Public Opinion in the Work of Disclosure of Government Affairs" to the whole country,Based on the background of government affairs disclosure,this paper takes the inner Mongolian regional government as an example to analyze the technical gains and losses of local governments in public opinion handling,and puts forward some suggestions on how to improve public opinion handling ability in order to provide reference for public opinion handling in the future.In recent years,there have been many hot public opinion events with national influence in Inner Mongolia,On this basis,this paper selected 99 hot public opinion events from the three years of 2017,2018 and 2019 as samples for analysis,and used case analysis to select three typical response cases,from the perspective of public opinion guidance and public opinion response.From this,the paper analyzes the problems and reasons of the local government in Inner Mongolia to deal with network public opinion.The study found that there are problems in public opinion in Inner Mongolia.The main manifestations are that the network public opinion monitoring early warning mechanism is not perfect.And so on.Based on the existing problems and the background of the government affairs disclosure,some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to the government network public opinion.This includes improving monitoring and early warning mechanisms for online public opinion,and creating a harmonious public opinion environment.
