| Due to the COVID-19,public health emergencies have become the focus of public attention.As an important event in the field of public health and social risks,public health emergencies are also something the government needs to focus on and actively respond to.We Chat of Government,as a platform for official government information release,plays an important role in public health emergencies,report the latest progress of the incident,clarify rumors and provide public service information.We Chat of Government sets an agenda for the public through information dissemination,giving various issues different degrees of prominence in ways that influence the public’s ranking of the importance of public health emergencies,and influences the public’s views and attitudes towards events through attribute agendas.This article takes the "Released in Guangzhou,China" in the COVID-19 as an example,using content analysis to analyze the overall situation of its agenda setting from four aspects: the amount of information,the theme of the information,the source of the information,and the position of the information.Taking the number of comments and the number of message replies as indicators to measure the interaction of the agenda,it was found that the number of comments and the number of replies to the messages in the "Released in Guangzhou,China" are less,and the agenda is less interactive.Through content analysis and interviews with internal operations personnel,the agenda setting practices of "Released in Guangzhou,China" are summarized.Finally,based on the analysis of the content of "Released in Guangzhou,China",it is concluded that there are several problems in the agenda setting of We Chat of government in public health emergencies: 1.The issue management is lacking and the authoritative information is aphasia;2.The later agenda setting is weak;3.The mechanism for re-strengthening the agenda is not used enough;4.The presentation form of content is single;5.The lack of linkage of agenda setting from the perspective of collaborative management.And put forward the following improvement strategies in this regard.1.Strengthen the monitoring of public opinion and grasp the initiative in issue management;2.Maintain the vitality of We Chat of government in setting agenda;3.Strengthen interactive communication and enhance attribute agenda setting;4.Enrich the presentation form of content carriers;5.Multi-platform linkage and enhance collaborative management. |
