Grassroots Government Public Services Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization Study On Supply Problem

Implementing the rural revitalization strategy is a major decision and plan made at the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),and a major historical task for securing a decisive victory in building a moderately prosperous society in all respects and building a great modern socialist country in all respects.The rural revitalization strategy clearly aims to enrich rural cultural life,uphold the dominant position of rural residents,and protect their basic rights and interests.We will increase the supply of public services in rural areas and improve the social security system in rural areas.In this context,it provides a strong support for the development of grass-roots public service supply.Taking D Town of Chifeng City as the research object,this thesis adopts investigation and research method,systematic analysis method,literature research method and field research method to study the problem of public service supply of grass-roots government.The results show that the current grass-roots government public service supply has the following problems: the situation of public service supply is different,the lack of standards,can not take into account the needs of all residents;At present,China is still in a period of development transition,with increasing demand from residents and limited supply from the government.Therefore,on the one hand,the capacity of public service supply is limited;On the other hand,the limited supply of public services cannot completely meet the needs of residents.Therefore,the following suggestions are put forward:enrich the supply mode,increase the grass-roots financial guarantee,establish an effective public service demand mechanism and perfect the grass-roots government’s public service supply system.
