| Transportation,as an important link connecting cities,is also the premise to ensure the orderly development of various social activities and the main driving force to promote urban development.A safe,smooth and orderly road traffic environment is an important carrier to promote economic development and ensure the people live and work in peace and contentment.At present,China is speeding up urbanization,and the number of motor vehicles and drivers is continuing to grow.How to solve the contradiction between traffic supply and demand and promote urban traffic development is a real problem that contemporary urban development needs to face.Anyue County,as the central connecting point between Chengdu and Chongqing,is currently creating an important material distribution center and logistics center in the central part of Chengdu and Chongqing to speed up the construction of a transportation hub city.Therefore,a smooth traffic environment and scientific and effective traffic management are crucial to the development of Anyue County.In recent years,the average annual growth rate of motor vehicles and drivers in Anyue County continues to rise,but the average annual growth rate of road mileage rises slowly.The prominent contradiction between them makes the current traffic development situation in Anyue County increasingly severe,and traffic management has a long way to go.The related functional departments of urban traffic management include traffic,public security,construction and planning,etc.The traffic management department of public security is particularly important.Traffic police are the main body of urban traffic management,and they are also the people who are most familiar with urban traffic management at the end of traffic management.They have a deep experience and perception of the decision-making and practical impact of urban traffic management,and traffic management ideas and measures have a vital impact on urban traffic.Therefore,it is very important to analyze urban traffic problems from the perspective of traffic management departments.In the current era of service-oriented government construction and development,Anyue Public Security Traffic Management Department has made its own contribution to effectively solve the dilemma faced by urban traffic and provide high-quality and efficient traffic management services to citizens.However,like many county towns,Anyue County still has many problems and dilemmas in traffic management.In this case,how to innovate and think from the perspective of building a service-oriented government,on the one hand,to better perform the duties of traffic management,on the other hand,to actively play the role and influence of public security traffic management,and to make their own efforts in the sustainable development of the city and the improvement of people’s travel satisfaction,is a topic that the current public security traffic management department needs to study.The thesis consists of six sections.Based on the research background and significance of this paper,this paper analyzes the research situation in the field of traffic management at home and abroad,and according to the measures taken by the public security traffic management department of Anyue County in recent years for road traffic management,the shortcomings of public security traffic management in Anyue County are deeply analyzed,such as uncoordinated traffic management system and links,lack of rural road control,backward public security traffic management methods,etc.Suggestions are put forward,such as perfecting comprehensive management mechanism,strengthening rural road traffic management,innovating traffic management methods,etc.,and suggestions are put forward on improving the thinking of public security traffic management in Anyue County and improving traffic management level by traffic police.The research can provide theoretical support and practical guidance for public security traffic management in Anyue County. |
