Public Security Traffic Management Non-site Enforcement

With the rapid growth of traffic demand, the number of drivers and motor vehicle ownership is growing rapidly, at the same time, the total traffic violations and accidents increased year by year. Just relying on the traditional scene to correct violations of traffic police enforcement approach has been far from satisfying the needs of modern traffic management development, which, to modern technology-based off-site enforcement approach came into being, and soon became internationally traffic management measures, so far, are commonly used in all developed countries, more advanced methods of modern traffic enforcement. China's public security traffic management off-site enforcement of the application is still in the initial stage, as a new thing, and its inevitable work practice there are many shortcomings and problems, this is an in-depth analysis of China's public security traffic management status of off-site enforcement after which identified some problems and deficiencies, to address these issues, combined with their own work to sum up the experience, some workable suggestions for improvement. This paper is divided into three parts, first, the public security traffic management overview of off-site enforcement, which introduces the concept of off-site enforcement and characteristics, as well as the necessity and legal property; Second, analysis of China's status and off-site law enforcement presence problem and the third is for our off-site law enforcement problems, some suggestions.
