| Socialist ideology takes Marxism as the guiding ideology and reflects the interests of our country and people.It is expressed by means of discourse,thus the power embodied therein is the discourse power of socialist ideology.The construction of socialist ideological discourse right has profound implications to resist the penetration of Western values and to unite the strength of the entire population.Therefore,we are obliged to strengthen the construction of socialist ideological discourse right,give play to its function of guiding public opinion and integrating social thoughts,so as to better promote the progress and development of the country and society.Since the establishment of the socialist system,China has carried out arduous explorations in the construction of the discourse power of socialist ideology,from establishing the dominant position of discourse power,to reshaping,continuously advancing,continually developing,and finally deepening the construction of the discourse right.In the process,Communist Party of China has accumulated a lot of experience and achieved a series of achievements in this respect.However,both challenges and problems exist simultaneously.In addition to the external challenges of Western countries vying for the hegemonic status of discourse and the impact of various social trends on China’s mainstream values,China’s socialist ideology has some problems in its construction of discourse power: the dominance of discourse subject needs to be strengthened and the attraction of discourse content to the general public needs to be enhanced.The other problems are: discourse expression is hard for the public to accept and the degree of dissent is not high enough.The reasons mainly lie on the construction ability of discourse subject needs to be improved,the shortage of innovation in discourse content,the inflexibility of discourse expression,and the deficiency of abundant ways of discourse transmission.Nowadays,we are supposed to construct the discourse power of socialist ideology from four levels on the basis of analyzing problems and causes,and drawing on the previous construction experience:pay attention to the construction of discourse subject,strengthen the the innovation of discourse content,optimize the expression of discourse,strengthen the dissemination of discourse.In this way,we can maintain the dominant position of socialist ideology in China,enhance the public’s discourse identity,constantly strengthen the dissemination power of discourse and enhance its right of discourse. |
