The Contradiction And Solution Of Electric Vehicle And Current Government Motor Vehicle,Taking Chengdu As An Example

my country is in a critical period of economic structural transformation,and the concept of green development continues to gain popularity among the people.In this context,low-carbon travel vehicles represented by electric bicycles have made considerable progress.However,with the continuous growth of electric bicycle teams everywhere,the contradictions between urban construction,motor vehicles and electric bicycles have become increasingly prominent.Due to the need to build a new urban traffic order,various localities have issued various management policies for electric bicycles.This article takes Chengdu as the research object to study the contradiction between electric bicycles and motor vehicle management,and propose solutions.This research follows the research idea of integrating theory with practice.First,conduct research and analysis on the basic situation of electric bicycle development and classification standards;secondly,take Chengdu as the specific research object and conduct research around the Smith model;finally,give suggestions based on the research results to improve the level of traffic management in Chengdu.This study is based on Chengdu’s electric bicycle management policies,guided by the Smith model,and designed a questionnaire to systematically investigate the characteristics of Chengdu’s electric bicycle traffic flow,the level of understanding of relevant policies,and the views on relevant policies.235 valid samples were obtained.The results of the analysis of data on electric bicycle cyclists in Chengdu show that at present,Chengdu residents ride electric bicycles mainly within 5 kilometers of the surrounding area.Most of the electric bicycles on the road are unqualified listed electric bicycles,and their driving behaviors are compared.It is prominent that the traffic police’s investigation and punishment efforts are limited;analysis of Chengdu residents’ understanding of electric bicycle management policies reveals that most residents have a certain degree of understanding of relevant regulations and regulations.Among them,most residents have learned about relevant regulations and regulations through the Internet.Electric bicycles must Reaching the standard has become the consensus of different residents in Chengdu;analyzing the opinions of Chengdu residents on the management policy of electric bicycles,it is found that most residents hold a negative attitude to whether the current policy can achieve the governance goals,and believe that the biggest contradiction between electric bicycles and motor vehicles is the occurrence of traffic accidents.In the subsequent division of responsibilities,only about one-third of the samples support the current Chengdu electric bicycle management policy.The regression of the Logistic model shows that seven factors,including gender,age,educational background,monthly income,understanding of management regulations,understanding of restrictions on electric bicycles on the road,and the extent to which residents’ lives are affected by policies,will affect residents’ management of electric bicycles in Chengdu Policy views.Finally,based on the results of data analysis,this article gives suggestions on increasing supporting infrastructure construction,strengthening road safety education,strengthening joint rectification efforts,and improving policy implementation environment.
