Research On The Innovation Of Government Regulation Under The Background Of Relaxing Market Access

In recent years,the scope of China’s free trade zones has also been expanding.The sichuan pilot free trade zone was established in 2017,policies and measures have been introduced to ensure the steady progress of government supervision and innovation.The government has taken a series of innovative measures to relax market access in the free trade zone,which has greatly facilitated the opening of market entities in the free trade zone.With the rapid increase of market players,the government supervision problem in the free trade zone has become increasingly prominent.This paper starts from the government regulation,institutional innovation,seamless government and other related theories.Analysis of the railway port area of China(Sichuan)Free Trade Zone since its establishment,the railway port area of the government supervision system and functional positioning government relax market access innovation measures,the government regulation innovation measures.Secondly,using interview survey research methods,From the main body of government supervision,the characteristics of system innovation,supervision innovation measures and other different perspectives,research railway port district government regulatory problems and difficulties in the process of innovation,and the inner factors lead to this dilemma.Finally,through the study of the process and path of government regulatory innovation,countermeasures and suggestions for government regulatory innovation are put forward.
