Research On The Problems Of The Pujiang Government To Promote The Integrated Development Of Rural Culture,Agriculture And Tourism Industry In The Mingyue Village

With the development of national economy entering the new normal,China’s agricultural and rural environment has undergone profound changes.Promoting the integration of rural industries has become a major policy orientation for the current development of agricultural and rural economy.Under this background,the basic unit government in carrying out rural revitalization strategy,development of multi-type fusion at the same time,it is particularly important to truly implement policies and measures,strengthen the construction of professional personnel,stimulate the enthusiasm of market entities and promote economic development in agriculture and rural areas.Combined with the field investigation,this paper applies the theory of government function,co-production and industrial integration.Firstly,the paper analyzes the current situation of the integrated development of cultural and rural tourism in Mingyue Village,Affirmed the relevant measures taken by the Pujiang County Government to promote the development of Mingyue Village’s industrial integration.Secondly,through interviews and questionnaire surveys,it was discovered that the Pujiang County Government had problems in promoting the integrated development of Mingyue Village’s cultural,agricultural and tourism industries.Finally,based on the analysis of the problem,it puts forward countermeasures and suggestions on how the grassroots government can promote the integrated development of the rural cultural,agricultural and tourism industries from four aspects: policy formulation,supervision and management,talent construction,and main body driving.
