Research On The Model Education Of The Communist Party Of China Since The 18th CPC National Congress

Since its founding,the CPC has attached great importance to model education.Model education has played an exemplary,leading,cohesive and inspiring role in promoting the completion of the central task in various historical periods.Since the grand opening of the18 th National Congress of the CPC,Comrade Xi Jinping has discussed the importance and necessity of our party’s role model education in many key speeches,key instructions and inspections,and has a key guiding significance in the development trend of model education.we can find the relevance and individualization of role models,summarize the key characteristics of role models in the new era,and learn from experience and deficiencies.Carrying out social practice activities of model education can improve the scientific research and technical professional standards of model education,and reasonably promote the effectiveness of model education.This paper includes not only the introduction,but also four parts of the text.The first part expounds the concept and characteristics of the model and the model education,and discusses the theoretical basis and reference of the model education of the CPC.The second part analyzes the era background of the model education of the CPC since the 18 th CPC National Congress,and summarizes the advanced deeds and spiritual characteristics of the main models since the 18 th CPC National Congress.The third part analyzes the characteristics and functions of the model education of the CPC since the 18 th CPC National Congress.The first section discusses the characteristics of the model education of the CPC since the 18 th CPC National Congress from four aspects: the content of model education,the commendation and encouragement of model,the protection of model characters and the selection of model trees.The second section discusses the role of model education of the CPC since the 18 th CPC National Congress.The fourth part mainly introduces in detail the difficulties and preventive measures of our party’s model education since the 18 th National Congress.The first section discusses the dilemma of model education.The first dilemma is that there is a tendency of formalization in the learning process of model education.The second dilemma is that the publicity effect of model education tends to weaken.The third dilemma is the impact of star idolatry on youth model education.The second section,from the four aspects of "establishing a standardized model learning system","strengthening the organization and leadership of model education","setting a clear goal of model education" and "using effective model education methods" puts forward countermeasures to enhance the effectiveness of model education.
