CPC’s inner-Party centralized education is a clear targeted and organizational education form,aiming to adapt to the main work and central tasks in a specific period,and solve the prominent problems in the party.It is a unique way of Ideological and political education of the party,which plays an extremely important role in the great new Party-building Program.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the party has carried out 5 large-scale CPC’s inner-Party centralized educations,which not only have a profound theoretical necessity,but also has an urgent need of the timesIts theoretical logic is reflected in: first,the writers of Marxist classics emphasize that the proletarian party must learn to maintain its advanced nature;second,our party has a glorious tradition of concentrated learning and education.In addition,the development of the times inherently requires that the party must learn.The needs of the times are reflected in the great changes in domestic and international situations since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.A series of new problems have emerged in the new era.These problems are complex and intertwined.A little carelessness will seriously affect the great cause created by our party.We must focus on learning and education,innovate party theory,solve problems specifically,strengthen party building,and lead China to move forward steadily.These five times of CPC’s inner-Party centralized educations since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China have specific causes,contents and requirements.Compared with the centralized learning education before the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,these five times of centralized learning educations are the extension of the past,and are in the same strain with the centralized learning education in history from the purpose,guiding ideology and general direction.At the same time,it also presents new characteristics in theme,form,object,method and effect of diversity and consistency in the theme of learning education,in the form of learning education,it is reflected in the integration of concentration and regularity,in the object of learning education,it is reflected in the combination of the key minority and the vast majority,in the method of learning education,it is reflected in the combination of inheritance and innovation,and in the effect of learning education,it is reflected in the combination of practice and strictness.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,CPC’s innerParty centralized education has always insisted on arming the whole party with the latest theorical result of the development of Marxist in China,always adhering to the innovation and development around the party’s central task,always adhering to strengthening the party spirit of Party members,always adhering to democracy,criticism and self-criticism,and always adhering to the normalization and institutionalization of centralized learning and education.It has been proved that since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,inner-Party centralized education;basic function has made great achievements in adapting Marxism to the Chinese context and the Needs of the Times,promoting the innovation of Ideological and political education,strengthening the construction of Marxist party,and consolidating the centralized and unified leadership of the Communist Party of China.
