Research On Government Supervision Of Webcast Industry

The rise and development of the network broadcast industry not only enriches the entertainment life of the public,but also drives China’s Internet economy forward.While getting the attention of the masses and social capital,a lot of chaos in the industry is also coming one after another,and it has brought many negative effects on social life.The network broadcast industry has become a new risk point for the development of the Internet economy.In view of the chaotic situation and adverse impact of these industries,relevant government departments also constantly issued relevant regulatory policies and regulations,and carried out several special rectification activities.For a short time,the government supervision of the network live broadcasting industry was under high pressure,and the order of the industry was initially standardized.Although the government has strengthened supervision over the network live broadcast industry and introduced relevant policies and regulations continuously,the chaos of the network live broadcast industry is still frequent,which reflects that the current supervision of the Chinese government for the network live broadcast industry still has problems and needs to be improved.Therefore,this paper will focus on studying the causes of chaos and frequent occurrence in the current network live broadcast industry,as well as the problems affecting the effect of government supervision,and put forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the government supervision of the network live broadcast industry in China,so as to provide new materials for standardizing the order of the industry and new ideas for the improvement of government supervision ability under the Internet economy.This paper first starts from the network live broadcast industry itself,elaborates the specific manifestations of its chaos from the two aspects of live broadcast content and live broadcast behavior,and then sorts out the regulatory objects,institutions,systems and means of the industry by the current government,so as to provide a realistic basis for the analysis and demonstration below.Then,combined with the typical case of "Simba Bird’s Nest Event",this paper analyzes the problems existing in the current supervision of online live broadcasting industry,including single means,multi-supervision,insufficient binding force of regulatory norms,and insufficient participation of the industry and users,and further explores the reasons for the existing supervision problems.Including the traditional concept of supervision,the legal system is not perfect,the department coordination and cooperation is insufficient,the industry association is not mature,the supervision technology needs to be improved;Finally,from theory to practice,the corresponding government regulation and improvement countermeasures are put forward to ensure the healthy and orderly development of the network broadcast industry.
