Since 2015,in order to optimize the business environment,transform government functions,and further strengthen oversight during and after the event,The General Office of the State Council has promoted a nationwide regulatory system of " double random,one disclosure " : randomly selecting regulatory objects,randomly assigning law enforcement officers to conduct oversight,and making oversight information available to the public.Since the implementation of the regulatory system,the "double random,one disclosure " regulatory system has achieved certain results,but there are certain problems in local practice.From the perspective of responsive regulation,this paper uses the methods of questionnaires and interviews,combined with its own grass-roots practical experience,to obtain objective data on the operation of the "double random and one disclosure" system in the current market regulation of Q District in Qingyuan City,and based on the data,it is necessary to analyze the current situation of the operation.analysis.By using the theory of responsive regulation to analyze the problems and their causes,and put forward improvement measures in terms of regulation subjects and regulation methods,aiming to improve the local adaptability and practicality of the "double random,one disclosure " regulatory system,and provide a certain reference for the implementation of other places,so as to further promote the effective supervision of the market.
