Research On Government Regulation Strategy Of Internet Catering Platform From The Perspective Of Responsive Regulation Theory

The rapid development of Internet catering has made great contributions to improving the convenience of public life,alleviating the pressure of social employment and promoting the development of Internet economy.However,the rise of Internet catering is also accompanied by a lot of chaos,which seriously infringes on the public rights and interests,disrupts the market order,and even affects the stable development of the society.Therefore,strengthening the regulation of Internet catering platform enterprises has increasingly become the common demand of the public.This paper mainly uses the literature research method,case analysis method,system research method and so on to study the government regulation of Internet catering platform from the perspective of responsive regulation theory.Objectively,our government has noticed the contradiction and problems in the development of Internet catering platform,and has taken a series of measures in the setting of functional departments,the construction of institutional environment,and the establishment of regulatory process,which have achieved some results.However,there are still some problems in the current government regulation.In particular,it is difficult for the government to achieve the prevention of major risks in advance,many loopholes are in the daily regulation,and the remediation measures are ineffective to crack down on all kinds of violations.The main reasons for these problems are that the government’s regulatory philosophy lags behind,the ability to regulate in the Internet space is limited,and the efforts to promote other subjects to cooperate and participate in the regulation are insufficient,and the construction of regulatory regulations and laws is still not in place,so that the overall regulatory level of the government is relatively low.In order to further improve the efficiency of government regulation of Internet catering platform in China and to change the current situation of the government of passive regulatory behavior,limited regulatory scope and short regulatory effect as soon as possible,the government must change the regulatory thinking,improve the regulation capacity,and strengthen the regulation cooperation between the government and non-governmental bodies,and speeding up the construction and improvement of the regulation system.Finally,a regulatory system,which is composed of government guidance,auxiliary regulation of the public and self-regulation of platform enterprises,will be established to promote the sound development of Internet catering industry in an all-round way.
