Research On Preventing Legal Risks Of Undergraduates’ Entrepreneurship

As college students’ self-employment activities become more and more common,it is necessary to cultivate the necessary legal knowledge to strengthen college students’ awareness and prevention of entrepreneurial legal risks,which is the key to ensuring the success rate of college students’ entrepreneurship and promoting national innovation and entrepreneurship activities.This article studies the legal risk prevention of undergraduate entrepreneurship.The first part is the introduction.It introduces the background and significance of the topic,and explains the research methods and innovations used in this thesis.The second part is to analyze the entrepreneurial and creative risks of college students,mainly combing the status quo of college students’ entrepreneurship,the problems they face,and legal risks,and then put forward the importance of preventing college students’ entrepreneurial legal risks.The third part is the obstacle factors in the prevention of legal risks for college students’ entrepreneurship.It mainly focuses on the lack of legal awareness in the process of undergraduate entrepreneurship,the inadequate guidance and guidance of the government and relevant departments,and the lack of competitive legal concepts in undergraduate entrepreneurship.In the research process,based on college students in Changchun City,Jilin Province as the research object,the questionnaire survey method is used to deeply understand the status quo of the prevention of college students’ entrepreneurial legal risks,and discover the main problems existing in the legal risks of college students’ entrepreneurship.The fourth part is based on the problems and deficiencies in the legal risk prevention of college students’ entrepreneurship.It should clarify the basic principles of the legal risks of college students’ entrepreneurship,and propose reasonable prevention and countermeasures for the legal risks of college students’ entrepreneurship.Undergraduate entrepreneurs must have a good environment under the rule of law.One is to create a good atmosphere for undergraduates’ entrepreneurship,the other is to strengthen the legal system guarantee for undergraduates’ entrepreneurship;the third is to provide college students with necessary entrepreneurial guidance and assistance to overcome the process of entrepreneurship.Blindness.It is necessary to enhance college students’ awareness and ability to prevent entrepreneurial legal risks,focusing on learning related entrepreneurial legal knowledge,and strengthening the practical ability of studying and using law in entrepreneurship,so as to effectively reduce the probability of entrepreneurial legal risks and improve basic legal protection for college students’ innovative and entrepreneurial activities,To improve the success rate of entrepreneurial activities,which is more conducive to promoting the in-depth development of innovation and entrepreneurship activities among college students.
