Research On Occupational Stress Of Grassroots Police And Its Countermeasures

Public security organs have always been a special team of civil servants.With the entry of socialism with Chinese characteristics into the new era,public security organs will be faced with various social problems formed in the social transformation period,such as the intensification of social contradictions,the widening of the gap between the rich and the poor,and the more complicated social security environment.The situation and environment are changing so fast,the task of reform,development and stability is so heavy,and the risks and challenges of conflicts are so numerous that they have never been seen before...Public security work is facing a series of new challenges and requirements.In this situation,the importance of public security organs is particularly important.Society has higher and higher requirements on the quality of the public security police,more and more strict organization and management,and more and more extensive work coverage,which leads to the increasing occupational pressure of the public security police,and more and more physiological and psychological problems caused by occupation,which seriously hinders the healthy development of the public security team.Therefore,it is an urgent problem to recognize,understand and effectively relieve the professional pressure of the police and improve their work efficiency.This paper summarizes the current situation of police occupational stress by referring to relevant literature.In Wuhan city on this basis,the basic level policemen occupational stress as the research object,selected the occupational stress source of relevant variables,the grassroots police from the pressure of the job itself,organization and management pressure,personal development,social support,stress,interpersonal relationship pressure and family pressure and so on six dimensions,to take the form of questionnaire survey,the survey was conducted among 127 grassroots police in Wuhan city,and analyze the survey data,the following conclusions:1.Professional pressure of grassroots police in Wuhan is generally high.In the six dimensions,the degree of occupational pressure on grassroots police is successively as follows: work pressure,personal development pressure,family pressure,social support pressure,interpersonal relationship pressure,organizational management pressure.All the pressure sources of six dimensions have caused different degrees of occupational pressure to the grass-roots police.2.The stress response caused by the occupational pressure of grassroots police in Wuhan is quite obvious,with prominent problems such as "often feeling tired physically","sleeping poorly or losing sleep" and "being more irritable at work than usual".This indicates that occupational stress has caused a certain degree of impact on the physical and mental health of grassroots police.By analyzing the questionnaire data of grassroots police,this paper summarizes the causes of occupational pressure of grassroots police,and puts forward countermeasures and Suggestions from the following three aspects: First,to provide guarantee for grassroots Ming police from the aspects of duty arrangement,strengthening internal communication and establishing legal guarantee system;Secondly,the management system of the content department should be improved through incentive mechanism,scientific research investment and mastering scientific decompression methods.Third,improve social support through Internet layout and social and family understanding.
