Take City L as an example.According to relevant statistics,the number of courts in the city has heard various cases and the number of cases received and closed has doubled in the past decade.The judicial police is the security line of defense for the court order and an indispensable part of every court trial.In the context of the rapid increase in the number of cases,the professional pressure of the judicial police urgently needs to be alleviated.At present,there are very few researches on the work pressure of judicial police in courts in our country.Studying the current professional pressure of judicial police in courts and optimizing the management system of judicial police occupational pressure are intended to improve the quality of trials and better serve the people.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the pressure of judicial police in our country’s courts,which can enhance the physical and mental health of judicial police,enhance professional ability,and better serve the trial work.This article hopes to use the L City Court as an example to investigate and analyze the current situation of the professional pressure of the judicial police in the L City Court.Based on previous literature studies,conduct interviews and questionnaire surveys with the judicial police in the L City Court to conduct occupational stress and symptoms of occupational stress.And survey of the current situation of occupational stress management.Further explore the status and structure of the three,and at the same time analyze the existing occupational stress management model,find out the problems and give countermeasures,and provide reference and help for relevant departments to scientifically guide the judicial police occupational stress management of the court.Judicial police is a representative group of civil servants in my country’s court system,and this research also belongs to the category of public management.Based on literature research and interviews,this article creatively divides the judicial police’s occupational stress into three parts for research,namely,judicial police’s occupational seamstress,judicial police’s occupational stress symptoms,and judicial police’s occupational stress management status.Among them,occupational stress are further subdivided into three categories: neutral stress,challenging stress and obstructive stress.For various occupational stress symptoms,14 symptoms of physical,emotional,and police skills are selected as the research focus.For the current situation of occupational stress management,eight different governance measures including scientific fitness,formal organization support,and performance benefits are selected for analysis.By transforming the above items into questionnaire data,after the relevant data is obtained from the questionnaire survey,the relevant data is analyzed to study which occupational stress are the most important factors leading to the occupational stress symptoms of judicial police.Those occupational stress symptoms are currently the most prominent.Occupational stress management measures are the most widely used.At the same time,using cross-analysis,the causal relationship between some occupational stress symptoms and sources of occupational stress,and the actual effect of some occupational stress management measures were analyzed.Finally,it analyzes the existing problems in the occupational pressure management of judicial police in L city,and gives countermeasures and suggestions from different angles for stress sources and stress symptoms.This article is divided into five chapters.The first chapter explains the relevant theoretical basis of occupational stress management.The second chapter analyzes the current situation of the work pressure and stress sources of the judicial police in L city,including some interview records and questionnaire data statistics.According to the situation,the overall situation of the occupational pressure of the judicial police in L city is discussed initially,and the ranking of the influence of various occupational stress sources on the occupational pressure caused by the judicial police in L city,and the specific situation of each occupational stress source is analyzed.The third chapter first analyzes the severity of various occupational stress symptoms of the judicial police in L city through the data obtained from the statistical questionnaire,and makes a simple comparative study with the source of occupational stress through cross-analysis.Then it analyzes the role of different occupational pressure management measures in the judicial police interviewed in L City,and summarizes the existing problems in the existing governance measures,which specifically reflects that occupational pressure management measures have not been widely used in general.Specifically,simple,informal,and spontaneous pressure management measures are used more,and scientific,organized,and more effective pressure management measures are used less.The fourth chapter puts forward three suggestions for different judicial police occupational pressures,specifically including the establishment of a judicial police occupational pressure management group to manage professional pressure sources.Combined with judicial police professional training and systematic desensitization therapy,the "Judicial Police Occupational Stress Handbook" was developed to relieve symptoms of occupational stress.For the most difficult to deal with obstructive stress,we will adopt methods of improving performance benefits and intelligent and strong police to weaken its impact.The fifth chapter is the conclusion and outlook. |
