Research On The Government Behavior In The Development Of Internet Of Things Industry

With the advent of the Internet information age,"Internet of things" has gradually come into people’s vision.As one of the core driving forces of the new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial change,the Internet of things technology has gone beyond the previous "human Internet" connection mode,making everything in the world and the Internet directly connected,so as to exchange and obtain information.Therefore,to speed up the development of the Internet of things industry not only helps to improve people’s quality of life,but also promotes the upgrading and transformation of traditional industries,bringing a new round of revolution for China’s industrial development.Based on the investigation of 63 Internet of things enterprises in Mawei District,this paper affirms the success of Mawei District Government in the development of Internet of things industry through case study method and questionnaire survey method based on industrial cluster theory,new public service theory and government function theory.However,at the same time,there are also some problems,such as the narrow government service channel,the low degree of fit between the policy and the actual demand of enterprises,the unsmooth information transmission between the government and enterprises,and the lack of industrial supporting supply capacity.The main reasons for these problems are the imperfect construction of industrial service mechanism,the lack of guidance of policy planning,the imperfect department management system,and the lag of industrial supporting supply.On the basis of in-depth analysis of the reasons,this paper puts forward four countermeasures: first,improve the industrial service mechanism and improve the government’s public service ability by improving the tracking and feedback mechanism,communication mechanism and evaluation and incentive mechanism;second,strengthen the scientific nature of policies,improve the guidance of policies,and strengthen the support of policy data to strengthen the basic research and demonstration,and enhance the guidance of policy planning;thirdly,it is necessary to optimize the government’s service ability and speed up the improvement of the management system by speeding up the function transformation,establishing and perfecting the full-time Internet of things management department and improving the cooperation ability among departments;fourth,we should adopt the industry standard setting mode of "multi-agent joint participation",strengthen the introduction of Internet of things professionals and university training,and create a "Online + offline" diversified and efficient service platform to improve the industrial supporting services and improve the supply level of market factors.Through these countermeasures,strengthen the government’s driving force for the development of the Internet of things industry,enhance the core competitiveness of the Internet of things,and promote the good development of the Internet of things industry.
