Research On The Smart Governance Of Urban Communities

At present,along with the integration of emerging technologies such as “Big data”,“Internet of things”,“Cloud computing” and “Blockchain” into the context of smart community construction and governance,how to promote the innovation and dev elopment of community governance model has been valued by various local government s and enterprises.The smart community also undertakes the important carrier function o f promotion smarter transformation and development of urban community governanc e model.Domestic scholars is only at the initial stage of exploration.Based on the const ruction background of smart community,this paper mainly studies smart governance o f urban community,which is helpful to meet the personalized and diversified needs of re sidents,promote the adjustment of public power boundaries,give full play to the enthusia sm of multi-subject collaborative governance,promote the linkage between accurate imp rovement of livelihood services and smart community governance mechanism,and enab le the governance results to respond to the strategic requirements of the modernization o f China’s governance system and governance capability.This paper proposes a topic wit h certain innovative value on urban community governance trends and developments.This paper sorts out the process and characteristics of urban community smart gover nance.With the help of collaborative governance theory and network governance theor y,and analyzes the practical samples of Junmen community in Fuzhou City through t he questionnaire survey,the paper investigates the status quo of smart governance in Jun men community and explores the obstacles to smart governance there according to the s urvey data content.It mainly includes insufficient integration of multiple subjects,limite d social capital,not yet integrated configuration of smart public service facilities,and lim ited staff governance and service capacity.The main causes of the dilemma are the bure aucratic obstacles of community governance structure,insufficient allocation of public se rvice resources,weak awareness of residents’ participation and scarcity of professional pe rsonnel resources.Finally,the author starts from optimizing the community governance s tructure,perfecting the community information service system,expanding the network sp ace channels and exploring in-depth localization,so that the achievements of smart gove rnance in urban communities can promote the community multi-subject governance,mee t the needs of residents,promote the sustainable development of the community and shar e the governance wisdom.
