Research On The Supply And Demand Matching Of Doing Business Environment

Doing business environment is an important manifestation of the soft power of a country or region’s economy.Globalization is irresistible,and doing business environment has increasingly become a key factor in attracting foreign investment and promoting economic development.Governments,international organizations,and multinational companies have established doing business evaluation index systems to explore ways and measures to optimize doing business environment.Our country also attaches great importance to optimizing the business environment,and has issued a series of policies and measures,which have greatly promoted the optimization and improvement of doing business environment.However,the imbalance and mismatch between supply and demand in the construction of doing business environment have also become the main factors restricting the further optimization of doing business environment.This research focuses on the supply and demand level of the business environment in KQ County.Through literature research,the theoretical foundation of the research is established based on new public management theory,government performance evaluation theory,supply management theory and demand management theory.Literature research method and expert consultation method are used to determine doing business environment element system.Based on the assumption of rational people and the cosine theorem,we establishes a matching model of supply and demand in doing business environment,conducts empirical research on KQ County,and completes the calculation of the matching degree of supply and demand.According to the results,the overall doing business environment construction in KQ County has a high degree of matching between supply and demand,but there are still problems of extensive supply management and insufficient supply accuracy.As a result,Most of the business environment elements have the problem of insufficient supply,and the two elements of starting a business and accessing the network are manifested as oversupply.Moreover,there are obvious differences in the supply and demand matching perceived by people of different age levels,household registration status,educational background and industry types,showing the current diversified needs of the people for doing business environment,and inspiring relevant departments to pay more attention to differentiation supply.Based on the above analysis results,this research proposes to establish a precise governance and intelligent decision-making mechanism for the construction of doing business environment with the support of big data technology,and realize the precise management of doing business environment through efficient docking of supply and demand,thereby improving the construction of doing business environment as well as the overall satisfaction and resource allocation efficiency.At last,this research hopes to provide theoretical and practical support for the precise construction of doing business environment.
