| With the rapid development of economy,hundreds of millions of rural labor force in our country have entered the city to work,they have injected the essential force into the city,but our country is in the dual economic structure of urban and rural for a long time,which makes migrant workers suffer many restrictions in medical treatment,housing,old-age care,children’s education and so on They can only leave their children in rural homes,resulting in rural left-behind children in a passive situation in life,health and development welfare acquisition.This paper studies the social welfare of rural left-behind children,analyzes the three dimensions of living welfare,health welfare and development welfare,and discusses the specific situation of welfare demand and supply of rural left-behind children,which can better meet the welfare needs of rural left-behind children and promote the improvement of children’s welfare system.Then it is also of great significance to the road of rural revitalization.Based on the empirical investigation of Zhenning County,Guizhou Province,the 667 questionnaires collected were analyzed.This study found that :(1)compared the welfare of rural left-behind children with that of non-left-behind children,rural left-behind children have a large overall gap in welfare acquisition,lower than that of non-left-behind children,some welfare projects lag behind,and it can be seen that the welfare supply has been absent and misplaced,and left-behind children are still in a weak position in welfare acquisition.(2)At present,the main body of rural left-behind children’s welfare supply is the family,the welfare supply of left-behind children in the family is more adequate,the welfare supply of the state,schools,social organizations and volunteers is weak,the welfare service for left-behind children is mainly responsible for the family,and the welfare service for left-behind children is few.(3)Most of the left-behind children in rural areas have been well satisfied with their living well-being,and very few still have their living well-being needs unmet.In terms of health benefits,most left-behind children’s physical welfare needs can be met,but there is a great lack of mental health benefits.In terms of development welfare,the degree of demand satisfaction is low,and there is no better welfare supply.After analyzing the welfare demand and welfare supply of rural left-behind children,this paper discusses the existing problems of the main body of welfare supply.At present,there are some problems such as the inaccurate welfare system of rural left-behind children,the inaccurate provision of related benefits by schools,the inaccurate improvement of welfare by social organizations and volunteers,the one-sided welfare of families,the unclear sharing of responsibility of the main body of welfare supply,the lack of interactive relationship,and the inaccurate process of welfare supply.Finally,in view of the problems of welfare supply,the research suggestions are as follows:giving full play to the role of government,providing relevant benefits accurately in schools,promoting the active participation of social organizations and volunteers,strengthening family responsibilities,and constructing a precise welfare supply system. |
