The integration of traffic patrol police is a mature police service mode commonly adopted by most countries in the world,and it is also an important measure of China’s police reform in recent years,Although the traffic patrol police system has integrated police resources and built a new prevention and control system,because it not only needs to participate in traffic management,but also shoulders the heavy task of public security prevention and control,resulting in increased work intensity,especially the work of grass-roots traffic patrol police is becoming more and more heavy,the pressure is increasing,and the problem of job burnout is becoming more and more prominent.Job burnout not only affects the work enthusiasm and grass-roots traffic patrol police,hinders the healthy development of the public security team,but also affects the long-term stability and economic development of the whole society.Therefore,more and more attention will be paid to the job burnout of grass-roots traffic patrol police.How to reduce the negative impact of job burnout of grass-roots traffic patrol police through scientific intervention strategies and to create a better working environment for grass-roots traffic patrol police has became a problem that public security departments need to seriously consider and to solve.Based on this background,as a grass-roots traffic patrol policeman,the author selects "investigation and analysis of job burnout of grass-roots traffic patrol police and research on intervention countermeasures" as the research topic.Through this study,it is found that there are four main factors affecting the job burnout of grass-roots traffic patrol police in H City,Working factors,such as long working hours and high intensity;increase of non police situation and activities.Organizational factors,career planning are not paid attention to;vacation system is not implemented in place;promotion mechanism is not scientific enough;internal interpersonal relationship is not harmonious;job sequence promotion is not perfect;allowance needs to be improved In case of unfair execution.Social factors,such as increasingly complex law enforcement environment,high social expectations.Personal factors,low level of police skills,poor personal ability to cope with pressure and regulation,and the invasion of occupational diseases.this thesis puts forward the following intervention strategies.It is necessary to strengthen the practical training of police skills,to strengthen the implementation of the police security system,to combine the assessment system with promotion and promotion,to improve the publicity of the positive energy of the police,to strengthen the internal communication and decision-making participation,to establish the career planning mechanism of the police,and strengthen the police’s ability to regulate job burnout to intervene and improve the current situation of job burnout of traffic patrol police.
