The Research On Job Burnout Of Primary Traffic Police In Chengdu

Since 2005. The civil service examination was hot all over china,exhibiting an enduring trend. To 2009,the civil service applicants broke through onr million for the first time,and the appilants exceeded one million for 5 consecutive years.In 2010,the applicants were more than 1440000.That is the real portrayal of "A powerful army go through one bridge ",however,occupation burnout of civil servants is very serious corresponded.As a typical representative of grass-roots law enforcement official,what is the status of traffic police in occupation bournout? This study explores and researches that special grope,and render the level of occupation bournout of traffic police in ChengDu.This thesis researches the traffic police who is typical in the civil servants of the administrative law enforcement category in Chengdu. The researcher wants to describe the job-burnout situation of the traffic police in Chengdu through analyzing 300 questionnaires and a few of individual interviews.The thesis consist of five parts. The first part is summarizing the background and meanings of this research and the research status of job-burnout domestic and overseas; the second part is introducing the structure, research purpose, research objects, research methods and research tool of the thesis, the third part is describing the researching process; the fourth part is analyzing the data of the traffic police’s job-burnout in Chengdu; the fifth part is discussing the whole data, and exploring the reasons and the negative impacts of being job-burnout.Through data analyzing, the research deems that civil servants of the administrative law enforcement category have the higher level for job-burnout; the levels of job-burnout have the significant demographic differences; whether civil servants have job-burnout is impacted by individual facts, profession facts, organization facts and institutional facts. Meanwhile, the researcher discovers that guidance of public press opinion has great effects on the job-burnout of civil servants of the administrative law enforcement category.
